3. How will Art Advisor help you?
Once you select the master piece, our Art Advisor will contact you via email and Whatsapp directly. They will provide the full-details and artist history for your consideration. Besides, they will provide the after-sales services comprehensively, such as arrange delivery, certificate arrangement, billing, and customer enquiry. Addition, Kingsarts will offer the 2nd transaction. We hope can build-up a long-term relationship and trust establishment with honorable customers.
4. Shipping & insurance
We don’t cover the shipping and insurance. However, our Art Advisor will help you to arrange the best courier service which suit your need & want.
5. Non-refundable
We cannot provide the refundable service due to the high-cost value to ship in oversea, also we don’t have a ground office in nations. In order to sustain the low cost as basic, we want to pass the total benefits of arts piece to artist & buyers.
6. How can we control the quality?
We are highly recommended you to communicate with your Art Advisor and ask for more details. Video meeting and inspection is highly suggested.
7. Is the Certificate providing an authenticity?
Yes! Every artwork will come with a ‘Certificate of authenticity’ by Kingsarts.
8. How to pay?
We accept credit card, transaction through Stripe and PayPal platform are also considered.
